Justice Souter, I believe you'll be tasting some medicine

so the supreme court rulings were rather disappointing...one regarding whether the government can in a nutshell STEAL a private property's owner's land and give it to another (read: a developer or big business) if the developer can "prove" that by his or her development/business the locality will increase revenue and growth is quite possibly the most disgusting ruling they've handed down in a while...blech...but there's some justice (excuse the pun), as apparantly Justice Souter's OWN land just might be given away...hahah that turd
