when we said democracy we didn't mean OUR democracy

because according to the BBC:

Some 6,655 candidates, 307 parties and 19 coalitions registered for the ballot, electoral officials say.

Where's the two party system? Where's the districts that don't even run an opposing candidate!?!?! How is it that Iraq in its infancy has more options than our democracy?!?!?...BOO.
