does Wind-Up Records have the patent on comic-book movie soundtracks?

because that's all they apparantly put out when not putting out lame albums by Creed wannabes...yes they're doing the Fantastic Four soundtrack, which when I saw the preview I joked "soundtrack available on Wind-Up Records"...honestly I had no idea I'd be right!
